7. You are picking up and order at a PEX restaurant and your PEX card is not going through. What do you do?(Required)

C) Call dispatch and tie up our phones when chat is quicker and easier

A) Just get them whatever you want to eat because people aren’t really that picky when it comes to their food

C) Chat dispatch before you have even attempted to call/text the customer so they can tell you to do what D) says

D) Call the customer two or three times so they know it’s an important call, then text if they don’t answer. Then chat dispatch so they can put you on another order if we are busy

10. You have just been handed the food. Now you(Required)

A) Drive off and hope it’s right. IT’S NOT!

B) Half-ass check the order and hope it’s all there. IT’S NOT!

C) Ask the disgruntled restaurant worker, who just wants to get off and go home and get high, if it’s all there, because restaurant workers never mess up orders and you’re ok with going back to get what was left off or wrong because you love wasting time and gas.

D) Check the order then check it again then just for good measure check it one more time before you even drive off from the drive through or walk away from the counter, so you don’t have to waste time going back.

11. The R. Total + RDS Tax = $28.97 and the restaurant receipt total is $31.93. What do you do?(Required)

A) Multiply the square root of Pi (1.772) by the Feigenbaum constant (4.669) divide that by purple then do ten jumping jacks

B) Completely forget to check the totals because you forgot about this even though I worked hard to make these questions and answers funny and memorable

C) Chat dispatch the restaurant total so they can make whatever edit or updates are needed

12. The timer on the order says 35mins, so now you will...(Required)

A) Go home and organize that closet you’ve been meaning to get to

B) Call a friend and see if they want to go grab a quick drink

C) Try to squeeze in what you think will be a couple of quick errands that turn out to take way longer than it should

D) Get to the restaurant as quickly as possible in case the restaurant forgets to start the order or finishes early. And hey if they aren’t done yet play one of a million-time killer apps on your phone

13. You’ve been keeping an eye on the quoted time…. you did that right? And you realize you might not beat that time. Now you will....(Required)

A) Call/Text the customer and let them know what is going on so they aren’t wondering where their food is.

B) Forget to keep an eye on the quoted time, get to the customers house and notice they are angry and wonder why you didn’t get a tip.

C) Speed the whole way there run every red light and stop sign and ignore the lights and sirens behind you and make the drop early no matter what

D) We will accept either A) or C) as a correct answer preferably C)

14. You are dropping a No Contact order and the customer is not coming to the door and it’s been about a minute or two. Now you will....(Required)

A) Just leave having done nothing to confirm with the customer that their food is outside getting cold

B) Call first then if no answer text them a picture of the food in front of their door with a text letting them know you have dropped it off

C) Check to see if the door is unlocked, if not a crowbar should work just fine, then go inside and find someone so you can let them know their food is outside

D) Don’t ever do A) and never do C)

15. You are dropping an order at a building, factory, or office and you are leaving the food with someone for the customer to come get. Now you will....(Required)

A) Leave and hope the customer magically knows with whom and where you left their food
